1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or free exchange

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same or similar item, provided:

  • The product is in new condition
  • The exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

To return an item:

  2. We’ll send you instructions for mailing the product back
  3. Return the item via mail to the provided return address

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We do not charge any restocking fees

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
